Paid Services and Subscription Terms

These Terms form part of the Terms of Use and constitute a public offer by Mezhdunarodnye internet resursy LLC (OOO «MIR») (the "Operator") to provide paid services of the KONTEON service. By paying for a service, you accept these Terms.

1. What Is Sold

1.1. A subscription to the Pro or Business plan — access to the plan's features and a monthly allowance of AI render credits. The subscription period is one month or one year. An annual subscription costs less than a monthly one; the discount is shown on the "Pricing" page.

1.2. AI render credit packs — additional credits on top of the plan allowance.

1.3. The contents of the plans, the number of credits and prices are shown on the "Pricing" page and in the payment window. The price shown in the payment window is fixed in the order and remains valid for 30 minutes.

1.4. There is no trial period. The Free plan is available without payment and without linking a card.

1.5. Paid services may be purchased by persons aged 18 or older or persons otherwise entitled to enter into such transactions on their own, as well as by organizations and sole proprietors.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1. On konteon.ru, prices are stated in rubles and are final; no additional taxes or fees are charged on top of the stated price.

2.2. Payment is made by bank card via YooKassa (NCO YooMoney LLC). You enter your card details on the YooKassa side; the Operator does not receive them.

2.3. Payment is accepted by cards issued in the country specified in your profile (on konteon.ru, in Russia). If the card's country does not match, the payment is cancelled before any money is debited, and you will see a message about it.

2.4. After payment, a fiscal receipt is sent to your email in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

2.5. The service is deemed rendered at the moment access to the plan's features is granted or credits are added, subject to the refund rules in Section 6.

2.6. Promo codes. A promo code gives a discount on the conditions stated when it is issued. Promo codes cannot be combined; each promo code may be used once per account.

3. Subscription Auto-Renewal

3.1. A subscription is renewed automatically for the same period if you have given separate consent to this in the payment window. On the first payment, YooKassa saves the payment method, and at the start of each subsequent period the subscription fee is charged to it at the price applicable to you at that time.

3.2. We remind you of an upcoming charge by email: for a monthly subscription, at least 1 day in advance; for an annual subscription, at least 7 days in advance.

3.3. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in one click using the "Turn off auto-renewal" button in your profile. After that, charges stop and access to the plan remains until the end of the paid period. We are not entitled to charge this payment method after auto-renewal has been turned off.

3.4. If a charge fails, we will retry within 3 days; if payment is still not received, the account is switched to the Free plan. Your projects are kept.

3.5. Price for existing subscribers. If we increase the price of a plan, your previous price is kept for 12 months from the date of the increase, as long as your subscription is not interrupted. We notify you of the new price in advance, at least 30 days before the first charge at that price.

4. Changing Plans

4.1. An upgrade (for example, Pro → Business) takes effect immediately; you pay the price difference for the remainder of the paid period, and the difference in monthly credits is added immediately.

4.2. A downgrade takes effect from the next period.

5. AI Render Credits

5.1. Plan credits are added at the start of each monthly period (for an annual subscription, monthly) and do not roll over: unused credits expire on the date of the next allocation.

5.2. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. The expiry date of each pack is shown in the "Credits" section; we send reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry.

5.3. Plan credits are used first, then purchased credits, starting with the pack that expires soonest.

5.4. A credit is first reserved and is deducted when the render is ready. In the event of a failure, a model refusal or a timeout, the credit is returned automatically. If the refusal is caused by the text of your prompt, the first such refusal in a 24-hour period is refunded with a warning; subsequent ones are not.

5.5. A defective render may be flagged within 7 days of its creation, including after it has been downloaded, and the credit will be returned within the monthly limit (Free — 1, Pro — 3, Business — 5 renders); above that limit, the request is reviewed manually.

5.6. A credit returned to a pack that has expired is valid for 30 days.

5.7. Credits are not money: they cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged or withdrawn.

5.8. If money paid for credits that have already been used is refunded (including through a chargeback with the bank), the credit balance may become negative; new renders will be unavailable until it is repaid.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. You may cancel a paid service at any time, subject to reimbursing the Operator for the costs it has actually incurred (Article 32 of the RF Law "On Consumer Rights Protection").

6.2. Subscription. On cancellation, we refund the cost of the full unused days of the paid period, less the cost of the plan credits used in that period, calculated at the price of one credit in the smallest pack.

6.3. Credit pack. We refund the cost of the unused credits of the pack in proportion to their number. Expired credits are not refunded.

6.4. Send your refund request to support@konteon.ru from the email address specified in your account. We review it and refund the money within 10 days. The money is refunded by the same method used for payment.

6.5. If the service was not provided or was provided improperly through the Operator's fault (for example, the plan's features were unavailable), you are entitled to demand a proportionate price reduction or a refund for that period.

7. Early Access

7.1. In countries where payment is not yet available, users receive free early access to Pro plan features and trial renders. Early access is free of charge and is provided for the duration of the research period.

7.2. We give at least 30 days' notice of the end of early access. After it ends, your projects are kept, and features beyond the Free plan become available by subscription.
